Information we collect. Newsletter signup: if you subscribe, we collect your email address to send you our content updates; we do not sell or rent it. Contact form: if you reach out through our Contact page, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and message, so we can respond. Comments: if commenting is enabled, we collect your comment along with your IP address and browser user agent to help detect spam; approved comments and your name become publicly visible. Automatic log data: like most websites, our server automatically logs standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance.

Cookies. We use a small number of cookies for basic site functioning and performance, such as remembering that you’ve dismissed a notice or serving cached pages more quickly. These do not track you across other websites.

How we use your information. We use the information above to send the newsletter to subscribers who opted in, respond to messages sent through the Contact page, detect and prevent comment spam, and maintain the security and performance of the Site.

Third-party services. We work with a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf. Hosting: our Site is hosted by Hostinger, which processes standard server and log data as part of providing hosting infrastructure. Email delivery: if we use an email service to send newsletters, that provider processes subscriber email addresses solely to deliver our communications. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and your rights. We retain newsletter subscriber information for as long as you remain subscribed, and contact form submissions for as long as needed to address your inquiry. Approved comments are generally retained indefinitely so that follow-up discussion remains visible in context. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send, request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request that we delete your personal data, subject to any information we’re required to retain for legal or administrative reasons.
